General description：

ZHW-31.5 is the gas-insulated switchgear for electric railway independently developed by us. It is a kind of new compact gas-insulated switchgear developed based on years of rich production experience of these products type LW8-35, LW36-126, COMPASS-145, PASS-145 and ZF10-126, and the experience on air air-externally insulated and gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgears. Its electrical components such as circuit breaker, disconnector and earthing switch etc. are all installed in a gas-insulated metal-enclosed enclosure. It has the following advantages: compact design, good appearance, small volume, light weight, excellent performances, convenient transport, easy and fast installation, small land area, internal insulation performance not affected by external environment, strong environmental endurance, safe and reliable operation, be able to adapt to all kinds of harsh environmental conditions. Moreover, it has these remarkable features such as miniaturization, modular, combination and intelligence.    

Features：
(1) Compact modular design: A number of functions are integrated into a module, so the volume greatly reduces and the land area is saved.  

(2) Disconnector / earthing switch three-position design, and a common operating mechanism. 

(3) Single or multiple combined disconnector/earthing switch functions.

(4) Bushing current transformers is easy in installation, and the current transformers can be added to the incoming and outgoing lines.

(5) Primary and secondary equipment are assembled at factory, and then transported to sites after tests. On sites, they only need simple cable connections, and then can be put into service.     

(6) Secondary connections are all the plug-in design, this reduces installation workload at site.
