General description:
Type ZHW6-126 hybrid gas-insulated switchgear (HGIS) has the advantages of both open air-externally insulated switchgear (AIS) and gas-insulated fully metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS). It is used in these fields of A.C. 50Hz, 110kV power system such as all kinds of substations, power plants, petrochemical, steel, coal, railway and urban power supply. It has the advantages of small land area, high reliability, short installation period, small workload in operation and maintenance.
The product generally consists of these high voltage components such as circuit breaker, disconnector + earthing switch, bushing or cable terminal, and also can upon user’ s request, be equipped with tank voltage transformer and tank lightning arrester module to meet the personal requirements of different solutions to different users.
The product uses SF6 gas as the insulation and arc-extinguishing medium, the circuit breaker adopts horizontal self-energy arc-extinguishing structure, and is equipped with a spring operating mechanism. The disconnector and earthing switch are integrated into a module and equipped with a three-position motor operating mechanism, which naturally forms mechanism blocking. The current transformer is core-through, externally installed between the bushing and disconnector for the convenience of installation, maintenance and capacity expansion.
